Shipping Policy

Turnaround
All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.
Carriers
We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

  • TTPOST  for locally based orders
  • FedEx

Shipping Rates
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

Order Tracking
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.

Acceptance, Rejection and the Return of Items
The delivery of the ordered-items to you shall constitute acceptance unless upon receipt of the items you specify the grounds of rejection or dissatisfaction.  For example: that there is a defect, failure and or fault which is not due to incorrect use; or that the item does not conform to the specifications of your order.

If we do not deliver the item by the indicated delivery date, then you agree that we shall have the opportunity within the next 7 days to rectify and remedy the problem. After that time you shall be entitled to refuse to accept delivery and to reject the item and, if it subsequently arrives, to return it to us and request a full refund of all sums paid including delivery costs.Without affecting your statutory rights we agree to accept returns of any item within 30 days of purchase provided

  • You have paid for the item;
  • You did not previously cancel the order;
  • You provided us with proper delivery instructions; and
  • Your item and its packaging are undamaged and have not been used or worn

Upon return of the rejected item you shall be entitled to a full refund or to substitute another item.

How to Return an Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

  3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.


Return Exceptions
Some items cannot be returned if they are opened. These include music, software, and video games. Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Exchanges
If your clothing item is in new condition, you may exchange your clothing item for a different size or color. You will have to pay return shipping.

Credit Card Charges:
Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.

Back Orders:
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
